SmallMindMap (also referred to as "小导图") is operated by hui yu ("we", "us", or "our"), a sole proprietor registered in China. This Refund Policy applies to all Pro subscriptions managed by hui yu as the legal operator of this website.

We stand behind SmallMindMap and want you to be completely satisfied. If you're not happy with your Pro subscription, we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email hui yu at 361512234@qq.com with the email address used for your subscription. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

What Happens After a Refund

After your refund is processed:

• Your Pro features will be downgraded to the Free plan
• You will retain access to your existing mind maps
• Cloud sync and other Pro features will be disabled

Partial Refunds

After the 7-day period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Payment Processing

All refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment partner. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
