MindForge is a web-based mind mapping tool operated by hui yu ("we", "us", or "our") that allows users to create, edit, organize, and sync mind maps across devices. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated from time to time.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
The Service offers a Free plan with limited features and a Pro subscription with additional features. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
You retain all rights to the mind maps and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us permission to store and sync your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
